The Google pack reminded me of the excellent NGO in a box project. The NGO in box is just a tad more comprehensive and not commercially oriented.

The BuzzMonitor is an application I have conceived for my former employer that allows to better track and understand who says what about whatever issue online. It helps you build vertical views of the web. It is so useful that we released it in open source. See it, try it, get it.
